Background and Experience

As the former Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Abercrombie & Fitch for ten years, Mike brings broad knowledge, extensive insight, and innovative ideas to clients’ accounting and auditing needs which has led to senior management consulting engagements at companies that include Wendy’s, Big Lots, Eddie Bauer and Unizan Bank.

At A&F, Mike was responsible for all SEC reporting, accounting operations, budgets, forecasts, insurance, tax, treasury, and catalog operations. He also maintained relationships with financial institutions and regulatory agencies. Prior to A&F, he was a senior manager at Price Waterhouse and also in the Price Waterhouse National Office of Accounting and Auditing Services.
